Job summary

Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent service across tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter. You will help customers, process payments and refunds, and offer product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• You must be above the school-leaver age and have Right to Work in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time with shifts including weekdays and weekends.
• You’ll be trained in a variety of skills to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on shop floor and at collection counters.
• Assist customers by selecting products, answering questions and processing refunds.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations across range.
• Support stockroom duties when store is quiet.
