Job summary

Argos is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Advisor to help customers in our store, at the till, and at collection points. You’ll assist with payments, refunds, and share information on our services, while keeping stock areas tidy and restocking as deliveries arrive.

You will be on the shop floor supporting customers, building product knowledge, and using promotions to guide recommendations. A friendly, flexible team player is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential for a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens, and at collection points.
• Handle payments, explain financial services where applicable, and process refunds.
• Keep stock room neat and restock deliveries as needed.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and provide product knowledge and recommendations.
• Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to help customers.
