Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, and the collection counter.
• Process payments, refunds and explain financial services where applicable.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and in the stock/collection areas when needed.
• Build knowledge of products to provide informed recommendations.
