Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to help customers on tills, at website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter, ensuring a great shopping experience. You’ll build product knowledge, provide recommendations, handle payments, refunds, and assist across the store with flexible, part-time shifts, in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Assist customers in selecting products and collect orders.
• Process payments and refunds and explain financial service options when relevant.
• Build product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
