Impact Recruitment Services is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a well-established Northampton logistics firm. You will be the friendly first point of contact, resolving queries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Join a busy, supportive team, handling calls, updating customers, and coordinating with drivers and suppliers. Salary is £26,600 on a permanent contract, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B customer service experience in an office.
• Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner.
• Efficient administration skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use own initiative with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment.
• IT literacy including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers, answering calls and working with service partners to resolve queries.
• Keep customers informed by liaising with suppliers and providing clear, relevant updates.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and emails.
• Book and accurately process new jobs.
• Help customers navigate and use the company website.
• Work closely with drivers to keep services running smoothly.
• Support the wider team with a range of general administrative tasks.
