Kinaxia Derby in Belper is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. You will join a busy team, handling customer enquiries, complaints and bookings while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

This role emphasizes delivering first‑class service and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience in transport/logistics, familiarity with CRM systems (Sage desirable), and strong communication skills to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in transport/logistics or warehousing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Sage experience desirable).
• Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalated issues through the CRM system.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and track complaint outcomes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with service standards and SLAs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and keep them informed at every stage.
• Coordinate delivery bookings and monitor timed deliveries; inform of issues.
• Provide customer quotations in line with pricing schedules.
• Update and maintain customer data in company systems; ensure GDPR compliance.
