Job summary

Santander UK in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join our branch team at the RG location. The role is 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, to help customers with transactions, queries and banking support.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre
