Job summary

Santander UK is recruiting a Customer Experience Advisor for Beverley Branch. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, support tech usage in-branch, and handle calls from our contact centre, delivering friendly, solutions-focused service.

You’ll work 35 hours per week on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, with a close-knit team, ongoing training, and clear pathways to grow within our Retail & Commercial Banking division.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face to face or telephony).
• Clear communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and servicing.
• Answer calls into the contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
