Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Aberystwyth Branch, 35 hours per week, rota’d between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You’ll be the friendly face and voice, handling transactions, assisting customers with queries, and guiding them through services while maintaining a strong focus on risk-aware, customer-first service.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team with training to build product knowledge, relationships, and ways to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
