Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Darlington Branch. The role involves in-branch and telephony support, handling everyday transactions and inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Training and support are provided in a fast-paced, multi-skilled environment.

The position is 35 hours per week, on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, for 12 months. A starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus is
