Santander Derby MP Branch is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join a friendly, multi-skilled team. You will handle branch and phone inquiries, assist with routine transactions, and help customers with technology and services.

The role requires flexibility and a desire to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. The starting salary is £25,000 with a £500 flexible benefit allowance and a discretionary 8% bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or by phone.
• Clear communication to truly understand customer needs.
• Willingness to handle a broad range of activities beyond core tasks.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or on the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
