Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Burton On Trent branch, 17.5 hours per week on a rota basis between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling simple transactions, guiding customers with technology, and protecting them from fraud, with broad responsibilities in a multi-skilled environment.

You will build relationships, answer calls to our contact centre, learn more about services, and continuously seek ways to improve the customer

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face to face or telephony).
• Ability to communicate effectively to truly understand customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers and work as part of a flexible team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
