Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Rochdale branch. The role is 35 hours per week on a rotating schedule, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm.

You will greet customers, help with transactions, assist in the banking hall, and resolve issues over the phone as needed. You will join a multi-skilled team dedicated to delivering excellent service, supporting customers with technology, and staying vigilant against fraud and scams while growing knowledge of banking

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony background.
• Clear communication to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
• Effective teamwork and flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and servicing needs.
• Answer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find practical solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
