BCS Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to handle incoming customer orders and enquiries, ensuring timely processing and high levels of service. The role collaborates with procurement, logistics and stores to complete orders and maintain clear communications with customers.

Responsibilities include processing orders, managing emails, resolving stock and transport issues, and supporting returns and credits. A focus on risk assessments and housekeeping aligns with BCS Group's safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills needed.
• Ability to process a high number of enquiries, calls and orders with attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and requisitions, and keep the customer informed to fully process orders.
• Maintain central mailbox and coordinate with procurement, logistics and stores for timely order completion.
• Monitor sales due for delivery and resolve stock/transport queries; build relationships with customers.
• Follow document management processes and support goods returns, credit requests and continuous improvement.
• Uphold HSEQ policy, report incidents and ensure PPE usage and housekeeping standards.
• Meet key measures: overdue sales, margin reports, mailbox efficiency and credits.
