Job summary

We are a world leader in design, development, manufacture and service of specialist equipment, based at our offices near Alton. The Customer Service Coordinator will liaise with customers and internal teams to manage orders, updates, returns and service-related matters.

Key duties include processing orders, handling enquiries, coordinating with Sales, Logistics and Finance, managing RMAs, and producing reports on order processing and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales administration or order processing.
• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound enquiries and manage orders.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems; SAP desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders for pricing, product info, discounts, and delivery requirements.
• Provide responsive service to customers by telephone and email.
• Maintain accurate customer records and liaise with Sales, Service, Logistics and Finance.
