Mission

Our Customer Development Manager - Teamware is an essential commercial role within the Teamwear Division, focusing primarily on Canterbury while also supporting Speedo, Mitre, and Berghaus. As the primary account manager, you\'ll drive sales by managing existing client relationships, securing new business, and collaborating across teams to deliver tailored teamwear solutions.

Responsibilities

As our Customer Development Manager - Teamware, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients; assessing customer requirements and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts; contributing to revenue growth and retention.
  • Account Planning and Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to manage and grow client accounts; aligning client goals with company objectives.
  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on account status, performance, and key metrics; analysing performance data, making adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
  • Preparing Tenders: Work as a team to prepare and present bids to secure sales; find opportunities with new business to secure additional Teamwear contracts.
Qualifications

To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous account management experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the team wear or sports apparel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping clients find the right team wear.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of team wear trends and customization options.
