Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Consultant to join our Clitheroe & Barnoldswick branches, mainly based in Clitheroe. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored savings products and services with a friendly, professional approach.

You will work across in-branch, phone, and online channels, placing customers at the heart of everything you do. Training and coaching support you to learn policies and provide first-class service.

Qualificações

• Experience interacting with customers, in person or by phone.
• Ability to follow policies and adapt to changing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers in-branch and on the phone, creating a positive first impression.
• Ask insightful questions to uncover needs and tailor solutions.
• Listen to customers' circumstances and offer personalised options.
• Proactively call customers to discuss their needs and how we can help.
• Keep customer records up-to-date, with focus on vulnerable customers.
