Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Consultant to work at the Clitheroe and Barnoldswick branches, primarily based in Clitheroe. You will greet customers, uncover needs, and offer tailored savings information, while supporting online services and BC channels.

You’ll join a mutual organisation with strong local roots, focused on providing first-class service and financial wellbeing for members. The role is permanent (or 12-month FTC) at 36 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a one-team mindset.
• Strong listening, empathy and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and policies.

• Be the first point of contact in-branch or over the phone, ensuring a friendly, positive experience.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored information about savings products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and identify vulnerable customers for extra support.
• Proactively reach out to customers and promote online services and digital channels.
