Skipton Building Society Group is seeking a Customer Consultant for our Malton branch. You will warmly welcome customers in-branch and over the phone, understand their needs, and provide tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

You will maintain accurate records, adhere to policies, and support vulnerable customers, with training provided to ensure first-class service across channels.

Qualificações

• Previous experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Ability to react quickly when busy and manage multiple customers.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact, welcoming customers in-branch or over the phone.
• Understand customer needs by asking insightful questions and provide tailored solutions.
• Listen to each customer’s circumstances and offer personalized solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers to discuss how we can support them.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and support vulnerable customers.
