Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant at the Cleveleys branch to deliver first-class service by understanding customer needs, explaining savings products, and guiding customers through My Review sessions, both in-branch and remotely where appropriate.

You will engage in proactive outreach, educate on products and channels, and maintain accurate records while supporting vulnerable customers with empathy.

Formación

• Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Experience in a bank or building society environment is welcome but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Be the first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm and helpful attitude.
• Conduct ‘My Review’ appointments face to face, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers to discuss needs.
• Educate customers on range of products and services and channel options.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and identify vulnerable customers.
