Skipton Building Society is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Keighley and Silsden branches. The role is fixed-term until 01/04/2027, full-time 36 hours per week, with a salary of £26,750 per annum.

You will engage customers, review financial goals, and advise on savings products to help achieve personal aims. You will work across branch sites, online channels and contact centre options to deliver first-class service and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in person or over the phone.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in branch, virtually or by phone to understand needs and offer suitable products.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments to discuss financial goals and products.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems and support vulnerable customers.
