Job summary

Skipton Building Society is hiring a Customer Relationship Consultant for the Cleveleys branch. This permanent, full-time role (36 hours per week) centers on delivering outstanding customer service and understanding customers’ financial goals through in-branch and outbound interactions.

You will educate customers on savings products, conduct My Review sessions, and use internal systems to maintain accurate records while supporting vulnerable customers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a branch, contact centre, or similar environment.
• Ability to listen, ask questions and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Comfort with outbound calling and handling a variety of customer scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Be the first point of contact for branch customers with enthusiasm and a helping attitude.
• Conduct "My Review" appointments in person, virtually, or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs and opportunities for products.
