Job summary

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant for the Altrincham branch to deliver exceptional in-branch and remote service. You will engage customers, identify needs and guide them to suitable savings products and services, using My Review appointments to discuss financial goals in a friendly, proactive manner.

You will be the first point of contact, promoting products, handling diverse customer interactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping while following

Qualifications

• Previous experience interacting with customers.
• Experience in a branch, contact centre or retail/service environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor suitable financial solutions.
• Conduct in-branch, virtual or telephone My Review appointments.
• Proactively contact customers to discuss needs and opportunities.
• Educate customers on products and channels and maintain accurate records.
