Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Relationship Consultant to work at Keighley and Silsden branches. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, offering savings products, and guiding customers through My Review appointments in person, virtually or by phone.

You will help clients achieve financial goals with friendly, proactive service. The fixed-term contract runs until 01/04/2027 with a 36-hour week.

Formación

• Previous customer-facing experience required.
• Experience in contact centre, retail or health/care sectors is acceptable.
• Strong listening and communication to understand customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Act as the first point of contact in branch with enthusiasm.
• Conduct 'My Review' appointments in person, virtually or by telephone.
• Proactively contact customers by phone to discuss needs.
• Educate customers on products/services and engagement channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and identify vulnerable customers.
• Adhere to policies and authority limits with training and coaching.
