Customer Collaboration Specialist

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Customer Collaboration Specialist to be based in London, UK.

The Customer Collaboration Specialist will be responsible for defined customer accounts, working with the Customer Collaboration Team to develop tools and processes needed to deliver best-in-class supply performance to Key Customer accounts, using a breadth of internal & external data sources & platforms. Key performance indicators will include Service Levels, Forecast Accuracy and cost. The role will interact daily with both internal & external stakeholders, representing the customer within the business and Red Bull businesses back to the customer.

Responsibilities
  • Play an active role in developing the standards, processes and culture of the team.
  • Lead the Customer Collaboration agenda with Red Bull’s key accounts, using available data & platforms as a foundation. Plan and chair monthly customer meetings (e.g., 30‑60‑90/JSP). Analyse & improve forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborative forecasting, planning and replenishment with customers – aligning demand between Red Bull and the Customer (base, promotions, events). Manage long‑term forecast and share knowledge & strategy with retailers to ensure it is reflected in the order management systems.
  • Continuous improvement of internal and external processes to maximise customer inbound service levels.
  • Manage end‑to‑end order processing & resolve customer delivery issues. Handle enquiries, complaints and returns in line with defined service levels.
  • Interact with Sales, Finance, supply planning and external retailer teams to contribute analysis for portfolio optimization & seasonality planning. Manage forecast enrichment at total volume and align volumes with Sales, Demand Planning, Finance and Marketing.
  • Schedule and run planning sessions with retailers to align forecasts, forecast phasing and buy‑in patterns. Analyse key performance metrics throughout the event flagging any concerns or improvements to key stakeholders.
  • Work with retailers to ensure smooth exit of event and return to business as usual. Analyse relationship between promotional activities, new product introductions and seasonal impact on product demand to achieve accurate forecast.
  • Share findings and suggested changes with key stakeholders to maximise planning and performance for the next activity.
