Pertemps Southampton in Fareham is seeking a Commercial & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team as a Warehouse Operative and Customer Service Advisor. You will support clients and warehouse colleagues, process orders and help onboarding of new accounts in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role offers a stable full-time position with responsibilities across order processing, CRM updates, and delivering excellent service.

Responsabilités

• Support clients and warehouse team as needed.
• Onboarding of new accounts.
• Initiate, manage and check tasks for new and existing clients.
• Make outbound calls to clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Receive inbound calls and handle issues from clients.
• Take client orders across various supply areas.
• Update client records in the CRM system.
• Ensure clients receive the best service from suppliers.
• Use stock and order system to fulfil orders.
