Xpertis Talent is recruiting for a permanent Customer Service & Sales Coordinator in Hampshire. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting the sales team to grow accounts. You will manage enquiries, build relationships, and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and requests.
• Building and developing strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Supporting the sales team with quotations, proposals, samples, trials and administration.
• Following up opportunities and helping to convert enquiries into sales.
• Identifying opportunities to retain, upsell and grow existing customer accounts.
• Processing orders and maintaining accurate CRM and customer records.
• Coordinating with sales, operations, finance, customer service and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Taking ownership of customer queries and complaints and working proactively to find solutions.
• Supporting customer onboarding and account development.
• Producing reports and providing feedback to help improve the customer experience.
• Helping to deliver the company's commitment to responding to customer enquiries within 24 hours.
