Pertemps Southampton in Fareham is seeking a Commercial & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team as a Warehouse Operative and Customer Service Advisor. You will support clients and warehouse colleagues, process orders and help onboarding of new accounts in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role offers a stable full-time position with responsibilities across order processing, CRM updates, and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and warehouse team as needed.

Location: Fareham, Hampshire

Basic Pay Rate:£26,500

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday(Full-time. Permanent)

Working Hours:08:30am - 17:00pm

Role Overview

Pertemps are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Customer Service Advisor to join a national provider of janitorial and catering supplies to a range of sectors, based in the Fareham area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting our clients and warehouse team alike.
• Onboarding of new accounts.
• Initiating, managing and checking key tasks relating to new and existing clients.
• Making outbound telephone calls to clients ensuring satisfaction.
• Receiving inbound telephone calls from clients and dealing with any issues.
• Taking client orders across various supply areas.
• Ensure client record files are updated on the CRM system.
• Ensuring clients receive the best service from suppliers.
• Using our stock and order system to fulfil orders.
