Job summary

Pertemps are recruiting a Commercial & Warehouse Coordinator in Fareham to join our team as a Warehouse Operative/Customer Service Advisor. You will support clients and warehouse colleagues, onboard new accounts, and manage orders and inquiries.

The role is based in Fareham, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm, full-time and permanent. If you have energy, resilience and a professional telephone manner, you could be a strong fit for our growing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Care setting.
• Energetic, self-motivated and able to priorities.
• Confident with a professional telephone manner.
• Capable of independent time management and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and warehouse team members in daily tasks.
• Onboard new accounts and manage client records.
• Initiate and check key tasks for new and existing clients.
• Make outbound calls to clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve client issues promptly.
• Process client orders across supply areas and update CRM records.
• Ensure customers receive best service from suppliers.
• Utilise stock and order systems to fulfil orders.
