You'll be a brand ambassador, recommending our latest fashion items and ensuring customers feel valued through remarkable service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient service both on the shop floor and at service points
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels
  • Achieving daily sales targets and promoting promotions
  • Engaging proactively with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
  • Building product knowledge to assist and sell effectively
  • Utilizing digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance customer experience
