Marks & Spencer is seeking a Café Customer Assistant in Scarborough to join our store café team. You’ll be a brand ambassador, serving customers with warmth and efficiency, taking and fulfilling orders quickly using digital tools.

This role requires calm under pressure, a focus on food safety, and strong teamwork to deliver excellent, five‑star service during peak times. Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are part of the work pattern.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Being digitally confident is essential. You’ll use our tools to take and fulfil orders fast, keeping customers moving and satisfied.

Efficiency and effectiveness are key aspects of your role. You’ll maintain impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues.
