Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Café Team Member to join our store café in Hereford. You will take and fulfil orders quickly, provide friendly, five-star service, and maintain excellent food safety standards during busy periods.

You will use digital tools to assist customers and support a smooth café operation, adapting to pace and shifting needs while collaborating with colleagues to meet customer expectations.
