MARKS&SPENCER in High Wycombe invites you to join the M&S Café team. In this fast-paced, high-pressure role you will make great food and drink recommendations, deliver warm, five-star service, and keep the café operating smoothly even during busy periods.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, using store tools to take and fulfill orders quickly while maintaining rigorous food safety standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Digital literacy and comfort with using store tech to take and fulfil orders.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues during busy periods.
