Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc in Dunblane is seeking a hands-on café team member to deliver warm, five-star service in a fast-paced store setting. You’ll take and fulfil orders quickly, recommend great food and drink, and help keep the cafe operations running smoothly.

Shifts are early mornings across Week1 and Week2, with an £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours 22:00–06:00. You will work as part of a high‑performing team, stay calm under pressure, and uphold impeccable food safety standards while

Qualifications

• Must be digitally confident and able to use store tools to take and fulfil orders quickly.
• Deliver warm, five-star service while handling high-pressure moments.
• Maintain food safety standards and assist in cafe operations.

Join our team in the M&S Café – the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge. This is a hands-on, high-pressure role for those who can handle pace, stay calm under pressure, and still deliver warm, five-star service.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.
