Overview

Customer Team Member

Location: 56 Main Street, Killearn, G63 9RH

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12-16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

About the role

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. You'll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, and perform a wide range of tasks around the store such as re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and delivering a great shopping experience
  • Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct for safety and compliance
  • Help introduce new products and services and share experiences with colleagues
  • Support the local community by getting involved in activities and events
