Henderson Group, Northern Ireland’s leading foodservice provider, is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor in Belfast. 15 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts, 6:00am–11:00pm, and a closing date of 19 October 2026. You will support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service.

You will operate checkouts, replenish stock, merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing. Some Post Office coverage may be required, along with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• No previous retail experience required.

Responsabilités

• Operate all checkouts accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
• Stock daily replenishment following stock rotation.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales.
• Display stock at the correct price using Shelf Edge Labels.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• May cover the Post Office when required.

Part-time position available at 15 hours per week. Availability to cover evening and weekend shifts within the opening hours of the store, 6:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
