Job summary

Henderson Group operates EUROSPAR Ballyhackamore and is seeking a Customer Advisor Nightshift to support the store's daily operations from 11:00pm to 7:00am. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

You will operate checkouts, replenish stock, merchandise shelves, price items, and may cover the Post Office. Training is provided, and we value personality, energy and a positive attitude to help customers smile and enjoy a great shopping

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and timely.
• Stock on a daily basis; replenish while complying with stock rotation.
• Merchandise shelves to enhance sales.
• Ensure stock is displayed at the correct price with Shelf Edge Labels.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times in-store.
• May be required to cover the Post Office as part of this role.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Customer Advisor Nightshift Up to £15.55 per hour depending on your age & Benefits Part-time permanent position available at 15 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts within the hours of 11:00pm – 7:00am, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Part-time permanent position available at 15 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts within the hours of 11:00pm – 7:00am, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.
