Henderson Group, Northern Ireland’s leading foodservice provider, is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor in Belfast area. You will assist customers, operate checkouts, replenish stock, and ensure accurate pricing with strong service standards. Some shifts may include morning, afternoon, and evening coverage, including potential Post Office duties.

We offer competitive hourly pay (£11.95–£13.30) and great benefits. Training is provided, and eligibility for shift flexibility is required.

Responsabilités

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and guide them to products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately for fast, friendly transactions.
• Replenish stock daily and rotate using the shelf labels.
• Merchandise stock to maximise sales and ensure prices are correct.
• Provide high levels of customer service and cover the Post Office when required.
• Perform other duties as needed for the role.

Pay rates ranging from £11.95 - £13.30 per hour depending on your age and great benefits. Part-time positions available at 16 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 11:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, availability to cover morning, afternoon and evening shifts will be expected.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
