Job summary

Henderson Group in Northern Ireland is seeking a Customer Advisor to support daily store operations and deliver friendly service. You will operate checkouts, advise customers on products, and help replenish stock while ensuring price labels are correct.

Role offers 24–37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts (6am–midnight, Mon–Sun). Training provided; equal opportunities employer; located at Hightown Avenue Mallusk, Newtownabbey.

Qualifications

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising them about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently.
• Stock on a daily basis stock replenishment following the company rotation process.
• Stock is merchandised to enhance sales and priced with shelf labels.

Responsibilities

• Cover Post Office duties when required.

Position available at 24 - 37.5 hours per week, availability 6am - midnight Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. (Opening and closing shifts will be required as part of this role)

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
