Job summary

Henderson Group in Northern Ireland invites applications for a part-time store role. You will assist in daily operations, provide friendly customer service and help at the tills, stock replenishment, and merchandising with a flexible 12–16 hour per week schedule.

No retail experience is required as full training is provided. A positive attitude and team spirit are valued, with hours across 6am–11pm, Monday to Sunday, and optional post office coverage.

Responsibilities

• Support the store team to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Up to £13.30 per hour depending on your age & benefits. Positions available working 12 - 16 hours per week, availalbility Monday Sunday 6am to 11pm, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
