Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Customer Advisor for Spar Cohannon in Dungannon, Co Tyrone. The role involves assisting customers, operating checkouts, replenishing stock, merchandising, and ensuring accurate pricing with shelf labels. Flexible 12–16 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability.

• Maintain high level of customer service at all times.
• May cover the Post Office when required.

Customer Advisor, Spar Cohannon, 212 Ballynakilly Road, Dungannon, Co Tyrone, BT71 6HJ

Up to £13.30 per hour depending on your age & benefits.

Position available at 12-16 hours per week, availability 5pm - 11.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday 5.30am to 11.30pm, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
