Job summary

Henderson Group are recruiting a Customer Advisor for Spar Banbridge, 23 Dromore Road, Banbridge, Co Down. The role is 24 hours per week with shifts 6am to midnight, including Thursday and Sunday mornings.

You will operate checkouts, replenish stock, and maintain excellent customer service while ensuring correct pricing and display. Training is provided, and a friendly, energetic attitude is highly valued to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.
• Looking for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience within our Fresh/Produce department.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Stock replenishment on a daily basis following the company rotation process.
• Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales and display at correct prices with Shelf Edge Labels.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times in the store.
• May be required to cover the Post Office as part of this role.
• Other duties as required for the role.

We have position in store working 24 hours per week, availability 6am to midnight Monday to Sunday - as part of this role candidates must be available to work Thursday and Sunday mornings.

Up to £13.10 depending on your age & benefits (rate of pay from October will be up to £13.30 depending on age)

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.

Any other duties as required for the role.
