Hourly Rate: £12.40–£13.85 (variable by location) with an increase after 6 months.

About the Role

You will work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager, and your responsibilities include:

  • Help customers and put them at ease; listen, answer questions, and give great advice.
  • Promote in‑store offers and schemes to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure the shop floor is well stocked and displays are correct, and help replenish stock.
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, welcoming store.
  • Receive award‑winning training through the Institute of Customer Service.
Qualifications

We provide full training, but we are looking for candidates who:

  • Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
  • Communicate and listen effectively.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative dynamic.
  • Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
  • Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products.
  • Have 5 years of unbroken references to obtain an airside pass. References must be day specific. There must not be any unaccounted periods between each of the reference dates of more than 28 days. If an unaccounted period is longer than 28 days, an additional reference should be provided to cover this short period. The five‑year period will need to cover the exact last 5 years from today.
