We are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join our client in West Bridgford, on a full-time, office-based basis. The role involves managing customers’ daily waste and environmental needs, building relationships, and coordinating bookings.

You will use our bespoke waste management system, generate reports with Microsoft Office, and maintain accurate records. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Salary £30k.

Competenze

• Experience in a Customer Service role.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.

Mansioni

• Build relationships with customers and waste partners, answering queries and resolving issues via telephone or email.
• Handle customer bookings and requests using our bespoke waste management system, processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and ensure data on IT systems is up to date.
