Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Account Manager for our client in West Bridgford. This full-time, office-based role offers Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with a half-hour lunch break, and a salary of £30,000.

You will be at the frontline of managing customers' daily waste and environmental needs, requiring excellent communication and strong administration skills, plus prior customer service experience to thrive in a busy team.

• Strong communication and administration skills.
• Experience in a Customer Service role is essential.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

Mansioni

• Build relationships with customers and waste partners via telephone or email.
• Handle customer bookings and requests using the waste management system.
• Maintain records of all incoming calls and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure waste partner documentation is up to date and compliant.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Office as needed.
