Customer Account Specialist - Worksop - £26,500

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact to build strong, long-lasting relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer account management matters.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate and timely management of customs documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively and positively with all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive approach.
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role is desirable.
Hours of Work

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, on a 3-week shift rotation: 7:00AM - 3:30PM; 9:00AM - 5:30PM; 11:30AM - 8:00PM
