Overview

Are you a commercially savvy professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering results? We’re looking for a Customer Account Executive to join our Grocery division and play a key role in managing one of our key accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the delivery of strategic plans and budgets aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Managing P&L responsibilities and ensuring forecast accuracy for nominated categories.
  • Leading the execution of joint business plans and promotional strategies with Waitrose.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Driving new product launches, range reviews, and post-evaluation recommendations.
  • Maintaining internal systems (SAP, Business Objects, Invest) and updating trackers.
  • Conducting performance reviews and supporting quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in customer account role ideally in FMCG
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with retailer systems and cross-functional teams.
