A prominent educational institution in Stafford is seeking a Curriculum Leader for Engineering. The role involves planning and delivering high-quality engineering programs, supporting growth in student numbers, and engaging in core teaching duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering disciplines and relevant industrial experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £36,846 – £47,133 and includes generous benefits such as a £5,000 Golden Hello payment and extensive leave.
Location: Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Institute of Technology (IoT) in Stafford and NSCG Stafford Campus
Faculty: Skills and Technology
Full-time 37 hours per week
Holiday: 52 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays and Christmas closure)
Salary: £36,846 – £47,133 (year 1)
Employer Pension Contributions up to £13,480 pro‑rata (Teachers' Pension Scheme)
Golden Hello Payment up to £5,000 OR DfE bursary up to £6,000 (if in first 5 years of teaching – subject to terms & conditions)
