Job summary

A global cruise line is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage sales development and account management across the UK and Ireland. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse portfolio of trade customers. Responsibilities include driving sales results, developing relationships with key decision makers, and achieving performance targets. Applicants should have at least 18 months of sales experience, preferably in the travel industry, and reside within commuting distance to the M25. Flexibility for travel is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proven track record in driving tangible sales results.
  • Knowledge of cruise or travel industry preferred.
  • Clean current driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales development, account management, trade engagement, and brand activation.
  • Achieve guest, APD & revenue targets for your geographical area.
  • Develop key relationships with decision makers and influencers.
  • Implement a structured training program covering product and booking tools.
