WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Designing and running multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) that excite and retain players.

Using data to segment customers and deliver personalised comms that actually resonate.

Monitoring player activity daily to identify opportunities and trigger the right offers at the right time.

Running A/B tests to optimise campaigns and find out what really works.

Developing automated player journeys to keep customers engaged without lifting a finger.

Working hand-in-hand with product and compliance to make sure campaigns are on-brand and seamless.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

2+ years of CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing experience in betting/gaming.

Hands-on with CRM tools (Playtech IMS = big bonus).

Data-savvy and comfortable making decisions from insights.

Organised, curious and proactive - someone who can juggle multiple campaigns and still spot new opportunities.

Passion for digital entertainment, gaming or online betting.
